- Min 5 years sheet metal/mechanical project estimating experience required
- Both Public and private work experience ranging from $0-$2MIL
- New and renovation-type commercial construction
- Submittal preparation experience
- Vendor negotiation and buyout
- Must be computer literate with Excel, Word, Outlook,
- Strong sales ability
- Maintain origination with tight project deadlines
- Extremely Detail Oriented
- Must be able to multi-task
- Very good communication: written and verbal
- Able to work within deadlines and without direct supervision
- Punctual and Prompt delivery of work products
